Pawan Deshpande
Pawan Deshpande is the founder and CEO of HiveFire. Pawan is responsible for the company's vision, management and product strategy, and leads the firm's advanced development initiatives. Pawan has held software engineering positions at Microsoft and Google and was awarded patents in social networking and natural language processing areas. Pawan earned his S.B. and M. Eng. in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Randy Bernard
Randy Bernard is the director of sales at HiveFire. Randy is responsible for leading HiveFire's sales engine and increasing HiveFire's customer base. Randy has a strong reputation for coaching and retaining highly productive and motivated sales teams. With over 10 years of sales, management and leadership experience Randy has worked for Zmags, A&L Advertising Group and Paragon Promos. He has also owned and operated his own customer acquisition firms. Randy attended Roger Williams University.
Craig Blum
Craig Blum, the director of client success at HiveFire, is responsible for building and managing the company's client and partner relationships. Craig joined HiveFire from Viximo, where he managed the company's partner network. Prior to that, he performed a client services role at Matchmine and held key engineering positions at Constant Contact and edocs. Craig earned his B.S. in Management Science and Information Technology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and his MBA from Babson College.
Richard Turcott
Richard Turcott is the chief marketing officer (CMO) at HiveFire. Richard is responsible for HiveFire's brand, awareness and customer acquisition strategies and supporting programs. Richard has over 20 years of experience in marketing leadership roles at technology start-ups including CMO roles at Constant Contact, RedRoller and RatePoint. Richard earned his B.A. at Assumption College and MBA at Northeastern University.

Gururaj "Desh" Deshpande
Gururaj "Desh" Deshpande is the chairman of HiveFire, A123 Systems (AONE), Sycamore Networks (SCMR), Tejas Networks, Sandstone Capital and Sparta Group LLC,. Dr. Deshpande is an influential technology entrepreneur and visionary whose companies and ideas often reshape entire industries. Prior to co-founding Sycamore Networks, Dr. Deshpande was founder and chairman of Cascade Communications Corp. Dr. Deshpande serves as a member of the MIT Corporation, and his generous donations have made possible MIT's Deshpande Center for Technological Innovation. Dr. Deshpande holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology - Madras, an M.E. in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick in Canada, and Ph.D. in Data Communications from Queens University in Canada.
Eric Swanson
Eric Swanson is a serial entrepreneur. In addition to serving on the board of HiveFire, Mr. Swanson is currently on the board or otherwise involved in several high tech startup companies covering a wide range of technologies including: web technologies, biomedical imaging, and telecommunications. Mr. Swanson consults for several venture capital firms, is a research associate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, consultant at Draper Laboratories, and does a variety of volunteer activities. Mr. Swanson was a co-founder of several successful start-up companies. This includes Sycamore Networks (NASDAQ IPO), Lightlab Imaging (acquired by St. Jude Medical), Advanced Ophthalmic Devices (Acquired by Carl Zeiss Meditec). Mr. Swanson has authored more than 180 technical papers and holds over 25 US patents and numerous foreign patents. He is a Fellow of the OSA and senior member of the IEEE. Mr. Swanson holds a B.S. summa cum laude in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the MIT.

Prior to joining the company, he held key roles in visionary start ups where he deployed and managed large scale infrastructure and utilized virtualization technology for server consolidation. Alex earned his degree in Computer Science from Pennsylvania State University.
Dan Craig
Dan Craig is a software engineer at HiveFire. He brings seven years of experience building, testing, and maintaining safety-critical software. Prior to joining HiveFire, he served as Senior Systems Engineer at Avidyne Corp., where he designed aircraft guidance, navigation, and autopilot systems. Dan earned an S.B. and Master of Science degrees in Aerospace Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Jack Diederich
Jack Diederich is a senior software engineer at HiveFire. Jack has earned the respect and attention of the Python community for his intellectual leadership which he generously shares at industry conferences. He joined HiveFire from Psynchronous Communications, a company Jack co-founded to develop actionable web analytic tools for non-technical users. Prior to that, he held a key engineering position at CDNOW.com. Jack earned a B.S. degree from Lehigh University.
Chris Guidry
Chris Guidry is a senior software engineer at HiveFire. Chris brings 14 years of experience designing, building, and testing enterprise web systems, with a focus in the last five years on rich and responsive web user interfaces. Prior to joining the team at HiveFire, Chris served as the senior web engineer at Absolute Software, the system architect for Lamar Advertising, held several consulting positions focused on web systems, and earned a B.S. in Philosophy from Louisiana State University.
Derek Jacobson
Derek Jacobson is a sales support specialist at HiveFire. He brings 3 years of sales support experience and enthusiasm to the back end of the sales organization. Prior to joining the HiveFire team, he also had 7 years of management experience in the service industry. Derek has a B.A. in Philosophy and English from Bates College.
Chirayu Patel
Chirayu Patel is a software engineer at HiveFire. Chirayu co-founded and served as Chief Technology Officer of TaxSpanner, an online tax preparation and filing service. His career also includes a number of senior technical positions at Intel and Continuous Computing where he focused on designing distributed fault tolerance telecom systems. Chrayu is a graduate of the Pune Institute of Computer Technology, India.
Joe Rossi
Joseph Rossi is a software engineer at HiveFire. Joseph joined HiveFire from SONiVOX where he was responsible for quality assurance as well as improving build and release procedures. Prior to that he was a freelance web designer and developer. Joseph is a graduate of Berklee College of Music.
Adam Seeley
Adam Seeley is a senior sales executive at Hivefire. Adam is responsible for new business development. Prior to joining Hivefire, Adam was a senior territory manager at SmartBear Software. Adam earned a B.S. in Business from Endicott College.
Dominic Serafini
Dominic Serafini is a senior sales executive at HiveFire, with over 10 years of experience in online sales and marketing strategy. He understands what it takes for businesses to compete and grow in challenging markets, by leveraging the web to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Dominic has earned the trust of marketing teams across the country, as an early-stage member of start-ups like HubSpot and Monster.com. Dominic is a graduate of the College of Journalism and Communications, at the University of Florida.
Jessie Zubatkin
Jessie Zubatkin is the senior marketing manager at HiveFire. She brings ten years of marketing expertise, passion and creativity to the HiveFire team. Prior to joining HiveFire, she served as the Producer at Rival Marketing where she managed all the agency accounts. Before that, Jessie worked with the creative services team at VistaPrint. Jessie earned her B.S. in Studio Art and Marketing from Skidmore College and her MA in Integrated Marketing Communications from Emerson College.
